Olive Cover now places National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) flood coverage for Georgia homes and businesses, written through Selective as a Write-Your-Own carrier. Standard homeowners and commercial property policies exclude flood, a gap many Georgia owners do not discover until after a storm.
NFIP covers the building and its contents, with home limits up to $250,000 for the building and $100,000 for contents (commercial up to $500,000 each). Higher values can layer private excess flood on top. It is often the most accessible market for properties in FEMA high-risk flood zones, where flood coverage is generally required.
